To counter my previous Paula Deen “all the butter and cream in one dish” post, I present to you DINNER.
Two fish filets cooked on the George Foreman and brussels sprouts that were cooked in a light tomato sauce. Sprinkled with a dash of parmesan, this whole plate comes out to about 250 calories, give or take.
